Our family rented a limo for a wine tour in Napa last Sunday. We choose Preferred Limo because the price was reasonable and dispatcher was very helpful on the phone. Even before the tour began, we had a list of wineries that dispatcher of Preferred Limo suggested to us during the booking process. We also asked people around and had some preferences where to go. When limo arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. Just FYI, in order to get to our house, you need to drive quite a road, it is always dirt and mud there. Limo including wheels was spotless. We think driver got there earlier and had time to clean the car. That was a big plus already! Wine tour itself was very interesting and fitted our party just right. Driver looked at our list and made couple suggestions. In 6 hours we were able to visit 7 wineries, had perfect picnic lunch, and over all had a wonderful time! We felt that service was outstanding! If we ever can afford to do it again, Preferred Limo will be the only choice for us.P.S. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

With the help of Google I picked Preferred out of all the limo companies in Bay Area and I'm really glad that I did. Preferred is a joy to work with and one of the most limo company there is. Response time is fast and you never have to wonder if things are being taken care of.My sister and I wanted a fun weekend in Napa Valley. Alex was our driver who was very polite, helpful and fun. He really started the trip off right. Could not have asked for a better company or better customer service. If you ever need a ride in the Napa Valley area, you've got to use these guys. If I was to look back at my life and try to think about a day that stood out for being the most memorable, it would have to the day I went on a wine tour in Napa Valley with my fiance. She had been prompting me to do something romantic for her; something that isn't my strongest suit. Luckily enough, I came across Alex from Preferred Limos. I was reluctant to hire a third person to come along with us, but I was not familiar with the area and my fiance was very eager to travel in a limo. It worked out perfectly at the end, since we were able to experience the beautiful valleys in a lovely black stretch limo. Unfortunately, my fiance dropped our camera and we haven't been able to recover the photographs of our experience just yet. If you're looking for a romantic day with a loved one, give Preferred Limos a call and ask for Alex. I doubt you will regret it!

Alex and the rest of the team at Preferred Limos showed us the best time of our lives. It was one of the most enjoyable weekends that i have had in a while. The limo was spacious, luxurious and clean and our driver showed us the different wineries with a lot of enthusiasm and thus ensured that we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I would recommend Preferred Limos to anyone who wants to enjoy a hassle free vacation with a loved one. Alex, in particular, went out of his way to make sure that we were happy, even throwing in a free couple of hours so that we didn't miss any wineries! Great service!

Preferred Limos is one of the most professional wine tour operators I've ever come across. Having already been on a tour of the picturesque Napa Valley with them with my friends, I was initially skeptical about going on another tour, this time with my husband. However, much to my surprise, our driver knew a whole new set of wineries which he took us to. I was not bored for even a second. The limousine was so comfortable and elegant - we really felt classy riding through the beautiful highlands of California in it. Best of all, it came with a fully stocked fridge, with every possible amenity you can think of! Don't hesitate in letting the driver plan out your day - I can almost guarantee he will not disappoint you.

First, the price was great for 7 women touring wine country (final price already included tax and tip and was still less then other companies).Second, AJ, our driver, was on-time, professional, and very knowledgeable of the area, great wineries and where we would have the best time with the time we had.We had received a few suggestions from friends before leaving for Napa and gave those to AJ (though we didn't have to go to all of them). AJ then took into consideration our wine tastes, the number of people in our group, and the amount of time we had to tour. He took us to a total of 6 wineries for tastings, 2 of which were ones that were recommended and the others were at the recommendation of AJ. We didn't have to worry about anything the rest of the day, he handled it all! The limousine was also in great shape, clean and with a fully stocked bar (not that we needed too much more alcohol)!
